Designed for monitoring in surgery, dentistry, procedural sedation, and intensive care, and also ECG screening, the PM10 offers

The PM10 comes standard with a 5.6” display platform, a multiparameter module, and a complete set of small animal specific accessories.

The PM10 can be wirelessly connected with the VetSpecs^® Capno-5 Handheld Bluetooth Microflow Capnograph for integrated performance. For more information, refer to the VetSpecs^® Capno-5 page.

For patient monitoring, the PM10 provides a heartbeat sound and a respiratory sound, and displays:

●  Pulse Waveforms
●  Respiration Waveforms
●  Heart Rate and Pulse Rate
●  Respiration Rate
●  Temperature
●  SpO2

The PM10 automatically saves all registered waveforms, readings and trend graphics on a USB flash drive. Take the flash drive to your computer and transfer the saved data, which is compatible with ALL practice management software systems. You can then review the data and print out a monitoring report, as shown below, through any office printer.

For monitoring in surgery, the PM10 registers ECG, heart rate and core temperature through an esophageal probe. With no lead wires or sensors attached to the patient’s body or legs, vital signs monitoring in surgery becomes easier and more effective than ever. The esophageal probes (shown below) are available in three sizes, suitable for use in all cats, dogs, and other similar-sized animals.

For monitoring in dentistry and intensive care, the PM10 registers ECG, heart rate and rectal temperature through the ECG Leads with Limb Plates and Temperature Probe (shown below).

The PM10 comes standard with a SpO2 lingual sensor and a SpO2 leg/paw sensor.

Designed specifically for use in dentistry and intensive care, the SpO2 leg/paw sensor can work effectively on patients’ legs and paws, even at sites covered with pigmented tissue and dense fur. The SpO2 leg/paw sensor can also be used for spot checking of the pulse rate and SpO2 in awake and conscious patients.

The PM10 offers the VetSpecs^® proprietary airway-direct respiration technology, which registers respiration directly inside the patient’s airway, and as a result, works effectively even when motions are present. For monitoring in surgery or dentistry, simply insert an airway sensor adapter between the endotracheal tube and the breathing circuit after the patient is intubated. The airway-direct respiration provides respiratory waveforms, a respiratory rate, and a respiratory sound.

The PM10 features an ECG screening mode (shown above), which displays three cascaded lines of ECG on one screen. The PM10 can record up to 24 hours of ECG data on the USB flash drive. You can review the saved ECG data on your computer, print through any office printer, and save to your patient database under your existing practice management software system.
